- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, mix panko and Parmesan.
- Dredge shrimp in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Arrange shrimp on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until shrimp are cooked through and breadcrumbs are golden.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the shrimp for an additional 1–2 minutes at the end.
- Add cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mix for a spicy kick.
