Make the Bang Bang Sauce
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey. Whisk until smooth and creamy, then set aside.
Prepare Chicken Marinade
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together buttermilk, flour, cornstarch, egg, Sriracha, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne.
- Coat chicken tenderloins in marinade and let marinate for about 10 minutes.
Coat the Chicken
- Remove chicken from marinade, let excess drip off, and roll in panko breadcrumbs.
Fry the Chicken
- Heat canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches 365°F.

Toss Chicken in Sauce
- Combine fried chicken with the Bang Bang sauce in a large bowl and toss until fully coated.
