Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Mold wonton wrappers over a baking rack or taco tray and bake for 7–9 minutes until golden brown.
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken, soy sauce, hoisin, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger. Cook for 5–7 minutes or until fully cooked.
- In a bowl, combine coleslaw mix, rice vinegar, honey, and mayonnaise. Toss until coated.
- Fill each baked wonton shell with cooked chicken and top with slaw.
- Garnish with cilantro and green onions. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Wonton shells can be air-fried instead of baked.
- Add sriracha to the slaw for a spicy kick.
- These are best assembled right before serving to keep the shells crisp.
