Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Lay a flour tortilla flat and spoon a generous amount of the chicken filling along the center. Roll tightly, folding in the sides.
  4. Place the chimichangas seam-side down on the baking sheet, brush with melted butter.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, flip each chimichanga, and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
