Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, combine cornflakes, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and sea salt. Pulse until finely crushed.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and hot sauce. Dip each chicken tenderloin in the egg wash, then dredge in the cornflake mixture.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Prepare hot honey sauce by combining honey, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, chipotle chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small saucepan. Warm over low heat.
  6. Remove chicken from oven, drizzle with hot honey sauce, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve immediately.
