  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Crush cornflakes, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and sea salt in a food processor until finely crushed; transfer to a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and whisk in hot sauce; coat chicken tenderloins in the egg mixture, then dredge in dry mixture.
