  • 4 slices Swiss Cheese Provolone can be used as a swap
For the Coating
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs Essential for crispy texture
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour Helps egg wash stick
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten for binding
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
For the Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Base for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pound the chicken breasts to about ½ inch thickness using a meat mallet.
  2. Create a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned Panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg wash, and coat with Panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Place deli ham and Swiss cheese on the chicken, cover, and let cheese melt.
  6. Whisk together mayonnaise, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, and honey for the sauce.
  7. Plate the chicken and serve warm with sauce.
