Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Coat chicken breasts in mayonnaise and dredge in crushed kettle-cooked potato chips. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 15-17 minutes.
  3. Preheat your waffle iron while the chicken is baking.
  4. In a bowl, beat egg whites to soft peaks. In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Combine with melted butter and buttermilk, then fold in egg whites.
  5. Pour batter into the preheated waffle iron and cook for about 5 minutes.
