Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 14 oz wild-caught salmon, drained and flaked
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine salmon, eggs, almond flour, mayonnaise, mustard, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined, then form into 5–6 patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Fry patties for about 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or a side salad.

Notes

  • Use fresh salmon if preferred
  • Add lemon zest for extra brightness
  • Great served with avocado or tzatziki
