Method
- In a bowl, combine salmon, eggs, almond flour, mayonnaise, mustard, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined, then form into 5–6 patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry patties for about 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or a side salad.

- Use fresh salmon if preferred
- Add lemon zest for extra brightness
- Great served with avocado or tzatziki
