Method
- Place carrots, potatoes, and onion in the slow cooker.
 - Top with corned beef and sprinkle with spice packet.
 - Pour in broth, cover, and cook on low for 8–9 hours.
 - Add cabbage wedges during the last 1–2 hours of cooking.
 - Slice corned beef and serve with vegetables.
 
Notes
- Cut cabbage into large chunks to prevent it from getting mushy.
 - Use leftover meat for Reuben sandwiches the next day.
