Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse fresh snap peas under cold water and snap off their ends. Slice or shred the cabbage and peel and either grate or julienne the carrots.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine snap peas, shredded cabbage, and carrots. Use tongs to gently mix them together.
  3. Drizzle your chosen dressing over the slaw and mix until all ingredients are well coated. Add fresh herbs if desired.
