Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a kettle, then steep 2 teaspoons of jasmine tea for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Wash and slice 1 large fresh cucumber and blend with 10 fresh mint leaves until smooth.
  3. Strain the blended mixture into a pitcher using a fine mesh strainer.
  4. Add the cooled jasmine tea to the strained cucumber juice and stir in 1 cup of milk.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with mint or cucumber slices.
