Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Slice French baguette into 1.5 cm thick rounds, lay on a baking sheet, and brush with olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine dairy-free cream cheese with chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread herbed cream cheese on toasted baguette slices. Top with smoked salmon and add pickled red onion for garnish.
  4. Sprinkle additional herbs over assembled crostini and serve on a platter with lemon wedges.
