Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two cake pans.
- Mix dry ingredients together in one bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk wet ingredients.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then stir in boiling water.
- Pour batter evenly into pans and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let cool before frosting.
