- Start by removing the stems from fresh cherry tomatoes and rinsing them under cool running water.
- Discard any overly ripe ones, then slice the remaining tomatoes in half lengthwise to ensure even drying.
- Lay the halved cherry tomatoes skin side down on the dehydrator trays in a single layer without overlapping.
- Set your dehydrator to 135°F (57°C) and allow the cherry tomatoes to dry for 12-14 hours.
- Remove them from the dehydrator and let them cool for 30-45 minutes before storing.
