Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by removing the stems from fresh cherry tomatoes and rinsing them under cool running water.
  2. Discard any overly ripe ones, then slice the remaining tomatoes in half lengthwise to ensure even drying.
  3. Lay the halved cherry tomatoes skin side down on the dehydrator trays in a single layer without overlapping.
  4. Set your dehydrator to 135°F (57°C) and allow the cherry tomatoes to dry for 12-14 hours.
  5. Remove them from the dehydrator and let them cool for 30-45 minutes before storing.
