Preparation
- Combine softened cream cheese, finely chopped roasted red peppers, olives, marinated artichokes, and dried herbs in a mixing bowl. Blend until smooth, avoiding overmixing to retain structure.
- Place a large piece of plastic wrap on the counter. Spoon the cream cheese mixture in the center and shape it into a log. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
- If using nuts, chop them finely and spread on a plate. Unwrap one end of the plastic wrap and roll the log in the chopped nuts until fully coated.
- Seal the log back in the plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours or overnight.
- When ready to serve, unwrap the log and slice it into rounds, about 1-inch thick. Serve on a platter with crackers or bread.
