Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease the muffin tin lightly or line it with paper liners.
- Steam or microwave the cauliflower florets until tender (about 5–7 minutes) and chop finely or pulse in a food processor.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the processed cauliflower with eggs, shredded cheese, and almond flour, stirring until well mixed.
- Sprinkle the baking powder and chosen seasonings over the mixture and gently fold until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Spoon the cauliflower mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
