Preparation Steps
- Wash and pit the fresh cherries or thaw frozen cherries for about 30 minutes.
- Blend pitted cherries with 2 cups of filtered water and ¾ cup of cane sugar until smooth.

- Add the remaining 1 cup of water and freshly squeezed lime juice to the cherry juice and stir well.
