Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Crumble the Christmas Tree Cakes into fine pieces in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix the softened cream cheese with crumbled cakes until a dough-like consistency forms.
  4. Shape the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place them on the lined baking sheet.
  5. Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
  6. Melt the almond bark or white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  7. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  8. Mix red food coloring into the remaining chocolate and drizzle over the truffles.
  9. Sprinkle green sanding sugar on top while the chocolate is still wet.
