Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add the tri-color rotini and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Prepare the salad ingredients by dicing the lettuce, tomatoes, and cooked bacon, turkey, and ham into bite-sized pieces. Add cheese cubes to the bowl.
  3. Combine the cooled pasta with the vegetables and proteins in the mixing bowl. Toss gently to mix.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk the ranch dressing until creamy. If using store-bought, measure out the needed amount.
  5. Pour the ranch dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. After chilling, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve in a large bowl or individual portions, garnished with extra cheese or bacon bits.
