  • 1 cup Snow Peas trimmed
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken shredded or chopped
For the Sauces
  • 4 tbsp Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce or mushroom sauce for vegetarian
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper ground
  • 1 cup Low-Sodium Chicken Broth
To Serve
  • 1 Lemon sliced
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Cilantro or Green Onions for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for about 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, stirring for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
  3. Stir in carrots, cabbage, and snow peas, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until vegetables soften.
  4. Add cooked chicken, stirring gently for 2 minutes until warmed through.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper, stirring to combine for 1 minute.
  6. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add noodles, tossing to coat for 3-5 minutes until cooked.
  7. Remove from heat and serve garnished with cilantro or green onions and lemon wedges.
