Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5–7 minutes and drain excess fat.
- Reduce heat to low and add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir for about 2 minutes, then add shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Unroll the refrigerated biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit to roughly 1/4 inch thick.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit, being careful not to overfill.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, placing seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter and minced garlic, then brush over the tops of each bomb.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each bomb.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and puffy.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
