Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5–7 minutes and drain excess fat.
  3. Reduce heat to low and add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir for about 2 minutes, then add shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Unroll the refrigerated biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit to roughly 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit, being careful not to overfill.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, placing seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  7. Mix melted butter and minced garlic, then brush over the tops of each bomb.
  8. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each bomb.
  9. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and puffy.
  10. Allow to cool for a few minutes and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
