Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl or mason jar, add the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and honey. Sprinkle in the ground cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well blended.
  2. Cover the bowl or jar tightly and place it in the refrigerator to chill and soak for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  3. Remove from the refrigerator and stir the mixture. If too thick, add a splash of milk to adjust consistency.
  4. Top with chopped nuts and dried fruits. You can also add optional toppings like extra honey or fresh fruit.
