- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, matcha powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Whisk these dry ingredients together until they are evenly blended.
- Next, add plain Greek yogurt, unsweetened milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup or honey to the bowl. Using a spatula, stir the mixture vigorously until well combined.
- Once fully mixed, carefully spoon the mixture into jars or airtight containers, filling them about three-quarters full. Close the lids securely.
- Place the filled jars in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or, ideally, overnight to allow the flavors to develop.
- When ready to enjoy, remove from the fridge, stir, and top with fruits, nuts, or seeds before serving.
