  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 large Egg Optional, acts as a binder.
  • 1 cup Cheese Optional, choose your favorite for a delicious finish.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice a small, firm cabbage into ½-inch thick rounds and brush both sides with olive oil.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine your choice of ground meat with finely chopped onion, minced garlic, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. If desired, add an egg.
  4. Shape the meat mixture into patties that closely match the size of the cabbage rounds.
  5. Place the patties on the baking sheet next to the cabbage rounds and bake for about 25 minutes.
  6. If desired, sprinkle cheese on top of the patties and broil for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  7. Allow the burgers to cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
