  6. Portion the dough onto the baking sheet and press the tops into chopped pistachios and additional chocolate chips.
  7. Bake for 7-9 minutes until the cookie tops lose their glossy shine.
  8. Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
