  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry Thawed
  • 3 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 egg Egg For egg wash
For the Filling
  • 1 cup Pastry Cream Prepared ahead of time
  • 1 cup Mixed Berries For topping

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut into circles.
  3. Place the circles on a baking sheet and form nests by pressing in the center.
  4. Brush the edges with the egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool before filling with pastry cream and topping with berries.
