For the Cream Mixture
  • 4 ounces Reduced Fat Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt can substitute with non-dairy yogurt
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder whey-casein or plant-based
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk can replace with any non-dairy milk
For the Topping
  • 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder or chocolate shavings

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Rice Cake Tiramisu
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, protein powder, and almond milk until smooth.
  2. Brew a cup of coffee and let it cool. Dip one rice cake in the coffee for 2 seconds.
  3. Place the soaked rice cake in a ramekin and spread half of the cream mixture over it.
  4. Repeat the dipping process with another rice cake and layer it over the cream mixture.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  6. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
