Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, then toss with olive oil and salt. Place cut side down on a baking sheet.
  3. Lay bacon strips on a separate baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes until crispy.
  4. Roast the Brussels sprouts alongside the bacon for approximately 25 minutes, turning halfway through.
  5. Toast the pecans on a different baking sheet for about 5 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  6. Soak the dried cranberries in boiling water for about 10 minutes, then drain.
  7. Combine roasted Brussels sprouts, chopped bacon, toasted pecans, and soaked cranberries in a large bowl and toss gently.
