  2. For a creamier texture, blend using a hand blender or food processor.
  3. Transfer the cottage cheese mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly. Mix in ¼ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. Top with an additional ¼ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and desired toppings.
  5. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
  6. For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
