Directions
  1. In a mason jar or a mixing bowl, add old-fashioned oats, chia seeds, and Greek yogurt. Pour in eggnog and almond milk. Whisk thoroughly until well combined, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle in freshly grated nutmeg and cinnamon. Stir to distribute the spices evenly throughout the mixture.
  3. Cover the jar tightly and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth. If using a bowl, transfer to a mason jar afterward.
  4. Place the jar in the refrigerator and let it sit for at least 8 hours, ideally overnight.
  5. Remove the jar from the fridge and give the oats a gentle stir. Top with crushed pecans and festive candy canes before serving.
