- In a mason jar or a mixing bowl, add old-fashioned oats, chia seeds, and Greek yogurt. Pour in eggnog and almond milk. Whisk thoroughly until well combined, about 2-3 minutes.
- Sprinkle in freshly grated nutmeg and cinnamon. Stir to distribute the spices evenly throughout the mixture.
- Cover the jar tightly and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth. If using a bowl, transfer to a mason jar afterward.
- Place the jar in the refrigerator and let it sit for at least 8 hours, ideally overnight.
- Remove the jar from the fridge and give the oats a gentle stir. Top with crushed pecans and festive candy canes before serving.
