- Pop the popcorn and remove any un-popped kernels. The popcorn should be light and fluffy.
- Transfer the popcorn to a large mixing bowl and sprinkle with salt while warm.
- Melt the butter over medium heat in a saucepan, stirring occasionally.
- Add mini marshmallows to the melted butter and stir until completely melted into a smooth mixture.
- Drizzle the marshmallow mixture over the salted popcorn and gently fold to combine.
- Pour the coated popcorn onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread evenly.
- While warm, sprinkle Easter Mix M&Ms and additional mini marshmallows on top.
- Allow to cool completely, then break into pieces and store in an airtight container if not serving immediately.
