Ingredients
  

  • 2 large chicken breasts diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup creamy garlic sauce
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook the Chicken
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add diced chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook for 6–8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from heat.
  5. Assemble the Quesadillas
  6. Spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce on one side of each tortilla.
  7. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over half of each tortilla.
  8. Add a generous portion of the cooked chicken on top of the cheese.
  9. Fold the tortilla in half to cover the filling.
  10. Cook the Quesadillas
  11. Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with olive oil.
  12. Place each quesadilla in the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  13. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  14. Garnish and Serve
  15. Slice into wedges and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  16. Serve with extra creamy garlic sauce, sour cream, or salsa for dipping.

Notes

    • For extra crunch, brush the tortillas lightly with olive oil or butter before cooking.
