- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out your thawed puff pastry to about a ¼ inch thickness.
- Place the wheel of Brie in the center of the rolled-out puff pastry. Sprinkle cranberries and chopped pecans on top.
- Carefully fold the puff pastry over the Brie and seal edges securely.
- Transfer the wrapped Brie to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with an egg wash.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
