  • 1 wheel Brie Cheese High-quality wheel
  • 1 cup Cranberries Fresh or dried
  • 1 cup Pecans Chopped
For the Puff Pastry
  • 1 package Puff Pastry Store-bought
For the Sweet Touch
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup Optional
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Optional

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out your thawed puff pastry to about a ¼ inch thickness.
  3. Place the wheel of Brie in the center of the rolled-out puff pastry. Sprinkle cranberries and chopped pecans on top.
  4. Carefully fold the puff pastry over the Brie and seal edges securely.
  5. Transfer the wrapped Brie to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with an egg wash.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
