Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • Maple syrup or honey
  • Vanilla extract
  • Mixed fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • Granola
  • Chopped nuts almonds, walnuts, or pecans
  • Dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs

Method

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the baking sheet, about ¼-inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle the berries, granola, chopped nuts, and chocolate chips over the yogurt. Press them gently into the surface.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 2-3 hours, or until the yogurt is firm.
  6. Once frozen, remove from the freezer and break into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • Use full-fat Greek yogurt – This provides a creamier texture and prevents the bark from becoming too icy.
  • Let it soften before eating – If the bark is too hard straight from the freezer, let it sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes before eating.
  • Experiment with flavors – Try using coconut flakes, peanut butter drizzle, or cinnamon for a fun twist.
  • Avoid freezer burn – Store pieces in an airtight container to keep them fresh and flavorful.
  • Kid-friendly snack – A great alternative to sugary ice cream or popsicles that kids will love!
