Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
Stir in honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar, letting it simmer until slightly thickened.
Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce and letting it absorb the flavors for a couple of minutes.
Serve immediately with rice, vegetables, or mashed potatoes.
