  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Honey substitute with maple syrup for vegan
  • 2 tbsp Low-Sodium Soy Sauce tamari works for gluten-free
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • to taste Salt & Black Pepper
For Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley chopped

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper or nonstick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced sausage, diced sweet potatoes, and broccoli florets. Toss gently.
  3. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the glaze thickens.
  5. Pour the glaze over the sausage and veggie mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
  6. Spread the mixture on the baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Once roasted, sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
