  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
For Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley chopped

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced sausage, diced sweet potatoes, and broccoli florets. Toss gently to mix.
  3. In a medium saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper into the saucepan and simmer for 3-4 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  5. Pour the thickened glaze over the sausage and veggie mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
  6. Spread the coated mixture evenly on the baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until cooked through.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
