Preheat the Oven

Prepare the Crescent Roll Base
Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the baking dish. Pinch the seams together to form a solid layer.
Layer the Ingredients
Evenly layer the ham, salami, and pepperoni over the dough.
Add a layer of provolone cheese, followed by mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle the roasted red peppers, banana peppers, and black olives (if using) over the top.
Add the Top Crust
Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and place it over the layers. Press the edges together to seal.
Brush with Egg Wash and Seasoning
Brush the beaten eggs evenly over the top crust.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese for added flavor.
Bake Until Golden Brown
Place the dish in the oven and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crisp.
Cool, Slice, and Serve
Let the dish cool for 5–10 minutes before cutting into squares. Serve warm and enjoy!
