Preheat Oven – Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare Ravioli – If using frozen ravioli, cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Mix Cheese Filling – In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan, chopped parsley, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Assemble the Lasagna
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Layer half of the ravioli over the sauce.
Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the ravioli.
Add another layer of marinara sauce and sprinkle with half of the shredded mozzarella.
Repeat layers with the remaining ingredients.
Bake the Lasagna
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serve – Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with extra parsley and enjoy!
