Method
 

Instructions
  1. Prepare by blotting pumpkin purée to remove excess moisture, about 5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Gradually add pumpkin purée, powdered sugar, spices, vanilla, and salt; mix until combined.
  4. Fold in crumbs until mixture is scoopable; chill for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Form mixture into 1-inch balls and chill for another 15-20 minutes.
  6. Melt chocolate in 30-second intervals; add coconut oil if needed.
  7. Dip each ball into chocolate and return to parchment-lined sheet; decorate if desired.
  8. Let set at room temperature for 10-15 minutes or in the fridge for 5-10 minutes.
