Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the sheet, season with kosher salt and black pepper.
  2. In a small saucepan, whisk together pomegranate juice, fresh orange juice, brown sugar, and orange zest. Heat over medium and let it simmer for about 8-10 minutes until thickened.
  3. Brush half of the glaze over the salmon fillets. Place orange slices atop the salmon for added flavor and presentation.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, brushing with more glaze halfway through baking.
  5. Once baked, remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley, green onions, and pomegranate seeds. Drizzle remaining glaze over the salmon before serving.
