- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, then add vanilla extract and buttermilk, stirring gently.
- Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Carefully fold in the red and green sprinkles.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and optionally sprinkle with coarse sugar. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
