Preheat Oven – Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make the Dough – In a large mixing bowl, combine the white cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until a soft dough forms. Add the green gel food coloring and mix until the color is evenly distributed.
Chill the Dough – For easier handling, refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
Prepare the Sugar Coating – Place granulated sugar in one small bowl and powdered sugar in another.
Shape the Cookies – Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into smooth balls. First, coat each dough ball in granulated sugar, then roll it generously in powdered sugar.
Bake – Arrange the coated dough balls 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are set and the tops develop a crinkled effect.
Cool & Serve – Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack. Enjoy!
