Cooking Steps
  1. Begin by seasoning the chicken thighs with paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and black pepper. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add cooking oil. Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, lower heat to medium and add minced garlic, sauté for 1 minute. Add chicken broth and soy sauce, then heavy cream. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Boil a pot of water, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions (about 4-5 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  5. Assemble bowls with ramen noodles, ladle the creamy garlic sauce over the noodles, and add sliced chicken thighs on top.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
