- Begin by seasoning the chicken thighs with paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and black pepper. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add cooking oil. Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and let rest.
- In the same skillet, lower heat to medium and add minced garlic, sauté for 1 minute. Add chicken broth and soy sauce, then heavy cream. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Boil a pot of water, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions (about 4-5 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- Assemble bowls with ramen noodles, ladle the creamy garlic sauce over the noodles, and add sliced chicken thighs on top.
- Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
