Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together lukewarm milk, egg, and melted butter until smooth.

  3. Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until a soft dough forms.
  4. Transfer the dough to an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1.5 to 2 hours.
  5. Roll out the risen dough on a floured surface to about 1/4-inch thickness.
  6. Cut out donut shapes using a round cutter and place them on parchment paper.
  7. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan to 170-180°C (340-360°F).
  8. Fry donuts in batches for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
  9. In a chilled bowl, whip heavy cream with sugar until stiff peaks form.
  10. Slice each donut in half, spread condensed milk on the bottom, fill with whipped cream, and dust with powdered sugar.
