Step-by-Step Instructions
- Start by washing your strawberries thoroughly. In a blender, combine 2 cups of fresh or frozen strawberries with ¼ cup of honey or maple syrup, and ¼ cup of water. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
- Carefully pour the blended strawberry mixture into popsicle molds, filling each one to about three-quarters full.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold, ensuring they are centered and upright.
- Transfer the molds to the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours, or until completely solid.
- Once frozen, run warm water over the outside of the molds to help loosen the popsicles for easy release.
