For Frying

Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

  3. In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs and milk until frothy. Set aside.
  4. Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated. Let excess drip off.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter until bubbling. Fry sandwiches for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Transfer fried sandwiches to a paper towel-lined plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
