- In a blender, add 1 cup of frozen strawberries, 1 cup of frozen blueberries, and 1 medium ripe banana. Blend for about 30 seconds until well mixed.
- Pour in 1 cup of almond or coconut milk and sprinkle in sugar to taste. Blend for another 15 to 30 seconds until smooth.
- If too thick, add more milk, about 1/4 cup at a time, blending until you achieve your preferred consistency.
- Add 1/4 cup of tawny port and blend for an additional 10 seconds.
- Pour into glasses, filling about three-quarters full. If desired, add a splash of dark rum just before serving.
