Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet.
- Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix oil, sugar, milk, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry, fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop onto baking sheet and press slightly.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are set. Let cool fully.
Notes
- Don’t overbake to keep centers fudgy.
- Great with a sprinkle of sea salt on top.
- Store in airtight container for 4 days.
