Ingredients

  • 1 pound white chocolate almond bark broken into pieces
  • 16 ounces dry roasted or salted peanuts
  • 1 bag Easter holiday M&M’s
  • Festive sprinkles for garnish

Method

  1. Melt the white chocolate almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth.
  2. Stir in the dry roasted peanuts, ensuring they are evenly coated in the melted chocolate.
  3. Gently fold in the Easter M&M’s, distributing them throughout the mixture.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming small clusters.
  5. While the clusters are still soft, add festive sprinkles for a colorful touch.
  6. Let the clusters cool and harden at room temperature or place them in the refrigerator for quicker setting.
  7. Once firm, serve and enjoy!

Notes

    • If using salted peanuts, adjust the sweetness by adding more white chocolate if needed.
    • Dark or milk chocolate can be used instead of white chocolate for a different flavor profile.
    • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate for up to three weeks.
    • To freeze, place clusters in a sealed container with parchment paper between layers for up to three months.
